What You'll Do

  • Community Management: Participate in communities, be helpful, and find leads in Cast and other's communities.

What We're Looking For

  • 4+ years of experience in B2B and/or SaaS Marketing
  • You have a background in Customer Success and / or Customer Experience.
  • You have worked in a Product-Led growth (PLG) GTM company.
  • You have experience with B2B SaaS companies
  • You have an affable personality that blends well with an innovative and vibrant start-up.

What You'll Do

  • Own the design as the first Product Designer.
  • Full-stack product design. Including interaction and visual design.

🙌🏼 Enterprise Sales Account Executive

ENTERPRISE ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

We are looking for the first Account Executive to join Cast.app and lead sales and focus on Enterprise customers. This segment represents the largest opportunity for Cast.app, and we want someone who is eager to do the best work of their lives while working with founders.

You will be responsible for creating and driving the sales process with prospective customers as well as the expansion of existing accounts. You will work closely with our customers to understand their business objectives and act as their trusted guide for using Cast.app most effectively. You’ll also work with cross-functional teams to help align our product roadmap and marketing materials with customer feedback. What you will be doing

  • Educate customers on the value of cast.app in a consultative way
  • Build relationships with senior executives and decision makers across all departments within a company
  • Prospect, build and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Drive revenue growth through proactive outreach to new and existing customers
  • Provide recommendations based on a customer’s business needs
  • Conduct Zoom and onsite meetings with key customers
  • Collaborate with internal teammates to ensure customer success with special emphasis on signup, upgrade, and renewal
  • Communicate and organize/escalate issues appropriately including: billing, legal, security, and technical inquiries
  • Serve as the voice of the customer and collect feedback to drive continuous improvement across all areas of the product

What you should have

  • 4-5 years of direct, closing experience selling SaaS within the Enterprise space
  • You have been an SDR before and can source your deals

  • Experience selling SaaS software solutions to both Line of Business and IT
